My room was particularly quiet, despite the hotel being in a central area. I also found the location superb, with easy access to local attractions and transport links.

Fantastic Stay in Prime Location

The staff was very helpful. They promptly sorted out a couple of electrical issues we had. Breakfast is freshly cooked and is good value. I appreciated how clean the rooms were and how close the hotel is to Tottenham Court Road and the British Museum.
The building smelled slightly musky as soon as I walked through the doors. I noticed it immediately upon arrival. Our double room was not much better in that regard.

Electrical issues were addressed QUICKLY. This ensured our comfort . Breakfast is freshly cooked. The hotel's proximity to key attractions is a HUGE plus.

i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was great and really well made, i especially loved it. the location was excellent for the london coliseum, a short walk back to the hotel after the show.
the heat was off when i got to my room and it took a little while to get sorted.

The staff was very helpful and available . we had access to all amenities, lovely. many restaurants are located nearby. This made dining very easy. the breakfast offered a cooked to order service. It was delicious!
